Travel documents
Every passenger flying through Monterrey International Airport needs an identity document, including minors. For domestic flights an official ID is enough; for international flights you need a passport and, depending on your destination or transit points, one or more visas.
| Passenger | Domestic flights | International flights |
|---|---|---|
| Adults | Voter ID (INE), passport, driver’s license, professional ID or military ID | Passport and visa, depending on the destination |
| Minors | Passport, vaccination card or school ID | Passport and visa, depending on the destination |
International travel
- At the airline counter, show your passport together with the documents that allow you to enter your destination country and any country you transit.
- Check the entry requirements of each country with its embassy or consulate before you travel.
- Make sure your passport is valid for the whole trip; many countries require extra validity beyond your return date.
